BBT Textile Design Studio – Art Bank Identified legacy C/Other , design pattern print and colour palettes will be done at Buwze Bethu HQ in Zwelitsha as part of the franchise. Continuous updates will also keep franchisees up to speed with current world market trends and seasonal changes. Full integrated support via online and telephonic centre will be operational to assist in any difficulties that may arise
There are opportunities to empower young unemployed graduates who have studied art design and craft textile. The organisation is partnering with the relevant faculties at Walter Sisulu University in East London, Lovedale TVET College in King Williamstown and Minjiang University in China. There are also opportunities to empower crafter beading ,knitting and fabric waste projects. The organisation works with co-cops registered on different Government departments that work on craft skills ,beading ,knitting ,weaving and embroidery . Buzwe Bethu Textiles has a community empowerment programme called One Household One Product (OHOP). It is a local entrepreneurship which aims to support the unique locally made fabric craft BBT print Textile and marketed products on numerous platforms.
